What To Expect

If it’s your first time at Redeemer Fremont we are grateful you could join us. We “do church” a little differently, so here are a few frequently asked questions to help you plan your trip.

Currently we do not have childcare while the COVID restrictions are still in place. We welcome families with children of all ages, and the children are welcome in our Sunday morning service.

How long is the service?

Our weekly Sunday service lasts about an hour and a half. We start by singing three to four songs, followed by a bible-centered message from one of our pastors. Our service is « liturgy-lite » in that we follow traditional and ancient forms in our program with warmth and spontaneity. To get a bit more familiar with our teaching style, feel free listen to our sermon library. At the end of our gathering, we respond to what we’ve heard by singing, participating in the Lord’s Supper, and praying for one another.

What should I wear?

You are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable, but most of our members dress casually.

Can I attend if I’m _____________?

Fill in the blank with whatever fear you have about not being accepted: divorced, single parent, broke, an addict, a skeptic, etc. Redeemer is a place to be human, and we invite you to be human with us. Whatever your background, we’d love to welcome you!
